Model store Makeover - Jockey India / Page Industries
As part of my 6 month contract with Jockey India, I worked on redesigned VM display standards, Product placement, store layouts, Mannequins, display units, merchandise planograms, props, etc. to give the entire VM experience a facelift across the EBO channel.
Developed standard display guidelines for all EBOs and conducted training for the VM & sales leads for effective application of the VM guidelines and a standard look, feel and experience across all EBOs.
